Refund Policy

Because each Felted Forever piece is a fully custom, handmade commission created exclusively for you, all orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 7 days of purchase, before production begins, for a full refund.
- After production has begun, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

Production Review
We want you to love your portrait. During production, we send you previews for approval:
- Each piece includes 1-2 rounds of minor adjustments at no extra cost.
- If we cannot achieve a likeness you're happy with, we will work with you to find a solution, including re-crafting or a partial refund.

Shipping Damage
If your portrait arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will repair or remake it free of charge.
